If your DVR has an HDMI interface, yes, you can connect it with our LK373 to your TV, but it need to use HDMI cable to connect between the DVR and TV. And between the TX and RX of our item, it need a network( ethernet) cable.

Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. By plugging one transmitter into a network hub you can get two or more TVs to display the same picture. Also, images on separate TV’s all seem to be in sync with each other even over varying cable length. If you are ok with the same source on multiple TVs, want great picture, and the simplicity of using a single cat5e/cat6 cable with ir capability, then this gofanco hdmiI extender is the way to go!
